Cambridge Executive Search Recruiters

Oryx provides executive search in Cambridge and across East Anglia, a region that runs on two quite different economies. Cambridge itself carries one of the highest concentrations of technical talent anywhere in Europe: semiconductor design and processor intellectual property, photonics, quantum computing, scientific instrumentation and a spinout pipeline that turns university research into venture-backed companies faster than almost any other UK city. Out beyond it, the East Anglian coast has become the operational base for the North Sea offshore wind zones, with cable, installation and long-term maintenance businesses working out of Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft alongside nuclear generation and new build on the Suffolk coast. The Fens supply a large share of the country's fresh produce and food manufacturing, and Felixstowe handles more container traffic than any other UK port. Leadership requirements across those markets rarely overlap, and the qualified population for a given role is often small enough to count.
